RAGGEDedge Gear Fast Shipping


  • Every product listed on our site (with the exception of DesignYOs) is already made and ready to ship.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • If you do not get an order confirmation immediately, there's a problem! Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please check your registration information on our website to be sure that your email address is correct. In the same place, check your order history for a record of the order. If your order is not in your order history, then your order did not get placed and your credit card did not get charged. If the order is in your account history, don't worry, we have your order. If your email addy is incorrect & you would like it updated, please email us.
  • Domestic Shipping

  • We ship daily Monday thru Friday. During December, we ship on Saturdays too.
  • We ship orders the same business day or the next depending on when the order was placed.
  • We ship through the US Post Office.
  • An email with tracking information will be sent the day your order is shipped.
  • International Shipping

  • International orders can be shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority Mail International, or Express International.
  • Tracking is not available for First Class shipments. The US Post Office does not guarantee arrival at any particular time. Customs seem to take longer for First Class mail too.
  • Priority shipments have limited tracking and expedited arrival, typically within 2 weeks. Once a shipment leaves the country we can not track it down. The speed of its arrival depends on how fast it gets through your country's customs procedure. We have done what we can to speed this process up by clearly labeling the contents.
  • RAGGEDedge Gear is not responsible for international custom charges, duties or taxes and can not determine in advance what these charges will be.
