Every product listed on our site (with the exception of DesignYOs) is already made and ready to ship.
Immediately after you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation via email.
If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately, there's a problem! Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please check your registration information on our website to be sure that your email address is correct. In the same place, check your order history for a record of the order. If your order is not in your order history, then your order did not get placed and your credit card did not get charged. If the order is in your account history, don't worry, we have your order. If your email addy is incorrect & you would like it updated, please email us.
We ship daily Monday thru Friday, and on Saturdays during December.
We ship orders the same business day or the next depending on when the order was placed.
We ship exclusively through the US Post Office
Ship confirmation emails with tracking information will be sent the same day your order is shipped.
International orders can be shipped via USPS International First Class, Priority Mail International, or Express International.
Tracking is not available for First Class shipments. The US Post Office does not guarantee arrival at any particular time.
Priority shipments have limited tracking and expedited arrival, typically within 2 weeks. However, once the item leaves the country we can't track it down, and the speed of its arrival depends on how fast it gets through your country's customs department. We have done what we can to speed this process up by clearly labeling the contents, but other then that, there is nothing that can be done.
